Danny Riley is live this Saturday evening spinning a huge selection of Reggae, Rap and Riddims whilst being joined by Hip-Hop artist Gilly Man Giro for a chat revolving his musical venture.
Hailing from Newcastle, UK, Gilly Man Giro prominently creates music throughout the genres of Rap and Hip-Hop. He lays down a mixture of retrospective and vibrant lyrics atop of boom bap, old school style instrumentals – and whatever the combination may be, there is always a head-bopping banger produced.
Gilly Man’s most recent release is his sophomore album entitled ‘Today’ which was dropped back in February alongside some outstanding visuals for the titling track “Today” filmed in Tokyo, Japan. “The Warpzone” video followed a few months later featuring fellow North East Rap veteran Rick Fury, as well as another being in the pipeline for the track “Problems“.
